Although it was good food I ate less healthy since there weren't that many vegetables to eat. I ate a lot of sugary foods. It's okay cause it was only two weeks and you know, it's a health sacrifice but for a mission trip no biggie and well worth it. The headaches from artificial sugar was bearable and yes even the C-train.. although at times it made me feel very disgusted, lethargic and sick.
Hitting the gym again has been difficult. I'm sore all over again but I'm not discouraged. It's time to get back into shape with two months before the wedding.
Speaking about health, it's interesting how I stumbled across this article about Urban Outfitters. I can't believe they came up with this shirt. I love Urban Outfitters styles but to see this was kind of disappointing. Eat less? I think a lot of girls really don't need a tshirt telling them to starve themselves when they already get enough of that from magazines, tv, etc.

On the bright side, I also came across this wonderful image of a woman who is confident being in her own skin.

Wow I'm quite surprised at that tshirt. And she looks rather horrible =S
It sucks there was so much artificial sugar in the food you had in India. That makes such a huge difference for your body. But I'm glad you're not discouraged. I haven't really exercised much since I started working fulltime this summer =( That's kinda a lot of months.... My whole life seems to be so out of whack during this co-op term =S
And is that a DOVE ad in your second photo? They usually have average NORMAL looking models in white underwear.
