It's about time for another wedding update. So with just
41 days left what have we been up to? Here are some of the little things that we were able to cross off our list over the last month. Some of the last but important touches.
Handmade ring pillow - Initially we were going to buy one but why buy when you're only going to use it once? Plus it's more meaningful to make one yourself. No I didn't sew this but my inlaw did. I gave her minimal instructions et voila - a masterpiece. I actually expected something more simple.
We put up a photo of us. We bought this frame at Home Outfitters for only $5. It was on sale from... $20? $30? Something ridiculous like that.
Wedding cake tasting at Cupcakes - This place was just too pink and too cute! Whoever does the graphic design work for cupcakes must have a knack for cute things. I love their logo, their branding, everything. They're marketing too. Anyway, in order to pick what flavor we wanted for the cake we ended up tasting
12 mini cupcakes. It was so filling that we didn't need breakfast that morning. We decided to go with Vanilla Coconut and Mocha as our flavors.
We literally took notes. It was very organized. Sometimes we'd like the cake but not the icing.
Photo Coasters - $5 brand new at Value Village. We couldn't resist and they ended up being quite useful.

p.s. - love the ring pillow as well. i think it would be SO adorable when Nathanael walks down the aisle with it as well!

hey selena, new banner mmm.. just recently. i think last night? lol.
can't wait to eat the super sugary sweet cupcakes wedding cake too. nathanael would dress in whatever Jen can find for his size : )
