Day 3:
- Chicken Mushroom Congee
- Rice Crisps
- Yogurt Plain with Granola Apple Cinnamon
- Smoothie: Mixed fruit, Almond Milk, Apple Juice, Fruit juice
- Toast with Almond Butter and Honey
- Oscars Vermicelli Seafood Soup Noodle
Day 4:
- Banana
- Oatmeal
- Chicken Mushroom Congee
- Rice Crisps
- Anducci's steak and salad, grilled veggies
Day 5:
- Oatmeal
- Banana
- BoLaksa King's Laksa
- Three pieces of Rye Bread with Almond Butter
- Chinese Dinner @ Chinese Restaurant.
Today is Day 5. I went to the gym but it was a
gym fail day. It's pouring outside and when I went into the gym I only did some treadmill for about ten minutes, weights, worked on my back with the lat pull, and a few random exercises. It wasn't a good work out. You just know it when you feel like you haven't exerted anything. Must be the busy wedding week and lack of eating home cooked meals. Does anyone ever feel a bit gross or homesick when they eat out more than they eat at home? I bought baby spinach salad and tomatoes today. I'm aiming to add more veggies into my diet - perhaps I can make that the next health challenge.
