Give Thanks Challenge - Day 4

A tiring day but another day to give thanks for many things:

  1. Dinner. I'm thankful for dinner at my Aunt's and Uncle's house.
  2. Amy. Amy came over today to help me with some favor making. Well she came over just to hang out but she helped put the favor together and we had fun catching up. Thank you for sharing.
  3. Today. I give thanks for the present and for being able to enjoy today and post the things I give thanks for today.
  4. Budget. That even though I'm poor, I still have a budget to work with even if it means saving up to pay for property tax at the end of the year. I'm thankful for being the frugal person that I am. I do like to splurge on food though.
  5. The wedding day. It's not here yet but I give thanks in advance cause the wedding day is a special day. Although it took a heck lot of patience and time to plan, it'll go by fast and the wedding day will be a day for Stephen and I to cherish and remember.
  6. Future. I give thanks that I have a future even though I don't know what the future holds. I'm anxious and excited about everything it has to offer because my plans are in His hands.
  7. Holy Spirit. He dwells in me. I'm glad to have him work in me, always showing me my wrongs, my gifts, my progress, my living, and probing me in different situations.
  8. Books. This is where I get a lot of spiritual insight sometimes and where I enjoy spending my time. I love reading ever since I was a kid. But as I grew older and the internet became more prominent in my life, reading books somehow fell to the bottom of my list of favorite things to do. But I give thanks that books allowed me to get good grades in English and fuel my creativity. It also empowers me.
  9. Honey Dew. It's one of my favorite fruits. I've been eating it for two days now without fail and I'm in love with the flavor. Can you imagine not having honey dew? Well I can't.
  10. Stephen. Cause he says I should be thankful for him. And I definitely am : ) I'm thankful that I get to spend time making dinners with him and packing his lunch and that he's been faithful in trusting the Lord with his job.
