Sarah's goal is to lose the 10lbs that she's gained over the summer in six weeks. My goal is to eat as clean as I can before the wedding and to continue to workout at least three times a week and build muscle mass. So yes you're holding me accountable! No slacking on my gym days, no pizza, no deep fried food, no ice cream (noooo..), and no excuses.
Here's some photos of what I had for dinner. We decided to make eggplant for the first time. Baked eggplant with cheese in fresh tomato sauce garnished with basil. The cheese is provolone cheese which kind of resembles mozzarella in texture and consistency.

This is baked buffalo chicken breast cut into chicken strips. We modified the recipe a bit but overall quite yummy. Frank's hot sauce is the secret ingredient.
And to finish it off, chicken soup made from chicken bones and veggies. So do you have a health challenge? If not, what's stopping you?PS: I forgot to mention, after September I'm entitled to a reward meal of fish and chips (woohoo!) before I continue with this challenge in October.

Good luck on your health challenge! If you manage to stick to it, which I think you will, it's going to be a life-changing experience and will set you on a healthy path for life. I got addicted once I started!
