Today's health challenge is to drink eight glasses of water. As I am typing this I think I am on my sixth. I didn't make precise measurements but it's around there. More water than usual for my body anyway. I will try to gulp down two more cups before I go to bed.
Today I went to the gym and participated in my friend's (Adam) circuit training class. I'll link you guys to his site when it's finished. Today's training was full of push ups, planks, floor lat pulls with resistance band, step ups, and running up and down the stairs. I must say I can run up stairs but downstairs is a whole different story. First I have weak knees but that's not my only problem. I literally feel dizzy looking at flights of stairs going down and I must say I have PK-ed (fallen flat on my face) going down flights of stairs before. I either miss a step or I just get lost looking at all those parallel lines. Nonetheless I had a good cardio work out.
After work out I ended up going to Oscars to eat curry beef brisket. Yes, this was like 10:30pm. I was starving. It's not the most healthy item on the menu but neither is it the least. I'm not stuffed but the tea is keeping me awake. I think my metabolism can burn off beef brisket. Alright time to think of tomorrow's challenge.
