Health Challenge: Bed by 1045PM

This week's health challenge is to be in bed by 10:45PM. I technically do have an excuse of why this is not possible but I will still try to do it for this week at least. I know, it needs to be a habit and hopefully I can incorporate this more into my daily routine as I am taking initiative to start now.

Exercise Log:
September 20 2010
  • Warmup on treadmill 10 mins
  • Misc. Pilates ab exercises, bike, crunches, etc
  • Planks
Result: This was not a very intense cardio work out because I wanted to focus on ab work. My abs still hurt so I think I reaped some benefits.

Food: For the past few days I have been eating at restaurants because of Chinese dinners. Too much of that stuff really is bad for you. Other than that, I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast followed by fruit. Lunch is usually leftovers of brown rice and chicken or veggies.

This is probably the healthiest item in the restaurant - oyster. It was really fresh.

I hate that Chinese family dinners are so unhealthy!
And it's sooo rude to turn food away in our culture =(
