Let's revisit yesterday's meals:
Tuesday October 5th
Breakfast
- Two pieces of spelt toast with almond butter and some honey
- A banana
Snack
- Nectarine
Lunch
- Brown rice with steamed chicken leg
- A piece of dark chocolate..
- Few almonds
Dinner
- Nando's chicken with spiced rice
- Fries...
Snacks
- Multigrain rice crisps/crackers
- Cup of lychee juice
- Few sips of apple juice
Summary
The french fries dehydrated me. I didn't drink enough water either. Maybe two cups? Sadly, no veggies intake yesterday. Will try to update with today's meals after dinner.
Wednesday October 6th
Breakfast
- Two pieces of spelt toast with almond butter and banana slices
- Baby cucumbers
Snack
- Nectarine
Lunch
- Brown rice with left over Nando's chicken
- Few almonds
Dinner
- Rotisserie chicken leg with harvarti cheese
- Soft boiled egg
- Rice crisps
- Activia strawberry yogurt
I still need to incorporate more veggie in there. Lately I've had no time to make veggies for myself.

Why don't I see the french fries anywhere?
I didn't know that almond butter existed. Where do you get that from?
what do you mean? fries came with the nando's chicken. stephen ate most of that.
almond butter is a healthy and delicious alternative to peanut butter, low in sodium or some no sodium at all. you can get it from either costco or superstore where they have pc's blue menu brand. your local grocery store might have it too.
Keeping a food journal definitely helps too and really opens your eyes to what you're putting in your body. I use The Daily Plate though.
